National Cadet Corps (NCC)
Unity and Discipline (Ekta aur Anushasan)
The NCC unit at Govt. MMR PG College is dedicated to grooming the youth of our nation into disciplined and patriotic citizens. As the largest uniformed youth organization in the world, the NCC provides a platform for students to develop character, comradeship, and the spirit of selfless service.
Key Objectives & Activities:
Character Building: Instilling qualities of leadership, discipline, and hard work through rigorous physical training and drill.
National Integration: Participating in National Integration Camps (NIC) and Annual Training Camps (ATC) to foster unity among cadets from diverse backgrounds.
Social Service: Engaging in community development programs, including blood donation drives, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, and disaster relief awareness.
Career Opportunities: Providing cadets with an edge in joining the Indian Armed Forces and other paramilitary organizations through ‘B’ and ‘C’ certificate examinations.
